White House Pushing "Clean Coal" and Nuclear Power
Following a speech President Obama gave to the Business Roundtable this afternoon, which included calling for a price on carbon as part of an inclusive energy policy, energy strategists speculated a broad Obama energy policy could soon include a partial transition away from coal-fired generation.
